About Me

With nearly two decades in the Real Estate Industry, I am pleased to say how much I love what I do! Everyday is an opportunity to work with people near and far to help make their dreams come true. I have spent virtually a lifetime in sales, starting with my families business as a young teenager, I truly understand the importance of client-focused service. While the economics and the housing industry is constantly changing I will always put the needs of my clients first. It is my ability to relate and understand people is what makes me a leader in service and referrals.

Margaret won the Calgary Real Estate Board 2016 Roar Mentorship Award and loves to mentor new realtors as well as seasoned agents who are looking for coaching. Her encouraging and warm personality combined with industry knowledge has helped many realtors get their careers on track. Volunteerism is an important facet of Margaret’s work in the community. She believes in giving back and has contributed much of her spare time to volunteering serving numerous charities and committees. Governor on CREB’s Charitable Foundation, an enthusiastic participant in Calgary Reads’ literacy initiatives, Habitat for Humanity and Breakfast for Kids programs and more. Margaret has such a generous spirit and it is her true passion to teach and mentor. She has designed practicum because she feels that the need to start new agents on the right path is paramount to their success.

I am licensed to practice Real Estate in the Province of Alberta for Residential, Commercial, Rural and Property Management so I can offer a variety of services to clients and also have extensive experience on the administrative side, as acting brokerage manager.
