Rachelle is the licensed Broker and owns RE/MAX Vision Realty in Drayton Valley with her husband John Dempster. She has lived and worked in Drayton Valley and area for nearly 30 years.
As a long time Drayton Valley resident, and seasoned real estate professional, she recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her which encourages her to exceed their expectations.
She has vast marketing and advertising strategies, market knowledge, a large contact base, and a true love of people.
In 2020 she received her Accredited Buyer’s Representation designation (ABR®), allowing her to specialize in working with buyers. Then in 2021 she received the Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification (RENE) that gives her incredible tips and tools to be a skillful advocate for her clients. Adding to her tool chest, she now is a Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB®), protects client information in the brokerage with (CSI) Cyber Security Certification and has a special Senior's Real Estate Specialist designation to work with the mature demographic (SRES®)
