Kelsey moved to Victoria, BC in 2004 and has been in love with the island lifestyle ever since. She graduated from Camosun College in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Marketing Major) where she completed a semester abroad in Bern, Switzerland, worked full-time as an administrative support worker in the automotive industry, and achieved a Teaching English as a Second Language license from Oxford Seminars.
Kelsey is a second-generation Victoria, BC REALTOR®. Her mother & mentor, Cheryl Woolley was licensed in 2005 and acted as 2019 Past-President of the Victoria Real Estate Board. Together, they created Woolley Real Estate Group.
