I witnessed my Mother help clients find and secure their homes and buisnesses. This education also allowed me to know the importance of investing in Real Estate as soon as you can and with what you have. My husband and I bought our first home 20 years ago. It was a 3 story home in Little Italy and we were able to rent out the basement and mainfoor which paid the mortgage and enabled us to aquire our next property which was a investment property on College St. From there we were able to buy a farm in the beautiful area of Quinte West.
