About Me
I live in Beaverton with Wanda Loenhart, and two adopted sons. Both my eldest daughter and my eldest son have their own families (that’s 4 grandchildren). Meanwhile two more middle sons study at UofT and WLU. In addition to family and real estate, I enjoy sailing and am a member of a couple yacht clubs.
As a child, my family moved often. Ten years in the CAF, and twenty more helping aerospace customers, meant more relocations. The joys and challenges of resettlement are no mystery to me. I appreciate the excitement that surrounds a well negotiated purchase or sale.
