About Me

Wayne Quirk, the Broker of Record, owner, and founder of RE/MAX Garden City Realty Inc., began his real estate career in the Ottawa Valley some 40 years ago, where he was recognized as the top listing and selling salesperson in the Board he operated within. With an honors degree in Math and Science and a background in teaching and leadership, Wayne is well equipped for his role at the helm of RE/MAX Garden City. He knows real estate. A former college professor as well as an instructor in the real estate licensing program, a trainer in real estate sales, and an accomplished salesperson in his own rights, Wayne is passionate about real estate, about property ownership and especially Real Estate investment. He is the author of the investment training series "The Money Machine" and he has impacted and motivated hundreds of people, both realtors, and the general public, into gaining wealth as well as passive income through real estate investment.
