Danielle Davies

Danielle is an educated professional with a combined 15 years in the industry. She has seen almost every trick and turn in the local markets. She began her career in new homes sales, working in one of Alberta's first "Net Zero" show homes. She gained valuable knowledge in home construction and staging, then after two years she moved on to tackle her new career as a successful realtor®

Wanting to give back to her industry, Danielle was elected by her peers as a director to the local real estate board in 2014. She quickly joined the leadership track and proudly served as Chair of the Board in 2017.

Danielle's warm nature and sense of community drives her to volunteer and to help with various organizations throughout Central Alberta. She has a huge passion for animals. You can find her every single morning at the local dog park with her 2 fur babies, Rubie and Shirley.

As much as she loves her job as realtor®, the most important role she takes on in her busy life is being proud Auntie Dani to her niece and nephews. If she isn’t “Real Estating”, she is attending Cheer Rallies, sport ball or soccer tournaments.

Danielle loves to travel and has seen many parts of the world. There is almost always a funny story attached whenever she seeks out a new adventure. It’s not uncommon for her to hear someone say "that would only happen to you!"

Danielle is proud to offer a sincere, educated and direct approach to real estate. Her clients appreciate her calm demeanour and goofy sense of humor but it's her sharp negotiation skills that always get the job done.
