As a residential developer/contractor with an oilfield background, Ken knows what it takes to deliver high quality service in a timely manner.

Maintaining and managing his own portfolio of rentals, Ken is able to better assist investors that have a need for insight into the local rental markets. Being his own developer, he is exceptionally well suited to collaborate on strategies for adjusting and maintaining building systems to better accommodate tenant occupancy. As well, this allows Ken to better identify potential issues without having to go through the frustration of finding out *after* a home inspection.

Attention to detail and precise communication are two of his best attributes that he bring to every interaction. He sincerely cares about the quality of work he delivers, and his work ethic will prove that actions do indeed speak louder than words.
