Well, they say that dynamite comes in small packages and Mitzi Billard certainly is all that!

She has made quite an explosion with Real Estate in the Central Alberta area with her consistent Award-Winning Sales in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Her sensational career in Real Estate started mid 2015, making her track record absolutely remarkable! Mitzi is well respected and admired by her peers and colleagues for her outstanding abilities in the Real Estate Industry.

The dedication to her clients is more than evident. Mitzi says, “Interview me to sell your home and you’ll love me! I’m not a motivated Seller, I’m a motivated REALTOR®. I can’t keep doing what I love to do, without people who love me too!” She believes that Real Estate needs to be a trusting relationship between both the Client and the REALTOR®. Real Estate is her greatest passion and her outstanding negotiation skills certainly are appreciated by all the clients she sells properties for!

Mitzi’s intuitive instincts are a strong asset to her disciplined and creative strategies of helping her clients sell their properties, and in many cases, even help them get into a new property!! She is a free-spirit, totally confident in both the workplace and personal life. She loves a good challenge, is very energetic, well organized and has superb communication skills!

Mitzi has a bubbly personality, is funny, and loves to laugh. She has high expectations of herself to deliver the very best quality of service to each and every one of her Clients. Her warm and friendly smile reflects the kind and caring person that she really is.

She moved to Red Deer in 1996, from Newfoundland. She owned and operated a successful Hair Salon back in NFLD, with a partner. She was employed at one of our local Financial Institutions here in Red Deer for several years before getting her real estate license.
