I am more than just a REALOTR. I am also a Red Seal Carpenter a Registered Peace Officer and a Land Lord.

Most importantly though I am a husband to my high school sweetheart wife and father of 2. I grew up in church and have been involved since. My wife and I voluntarily ran the youth program for 5 years but stepped down to focus on raising our own family. Before this though we backpacked through Asia for 5 months. One of the best experiences of our lives!

As a Journeyman carpenter I can most certainly use my knowledge and experience to help you find the right house. I love construction, woodworking and renovations. My wife and I have renovated, and rented out multiple places together and plan to do more.

Honesty is of huge importance to me. I’ll always be up front. I won’t fake anything. If you like a house but I think it’s falling apart, I’ll try to stop you from buying it. If I don’t know something you ask me, I won’t fabricate a response to please you, instead I’ll get back to you once I know the answer.

Hopefully my character, construction background and buying/renting experience is enough to make you trust me with helping you find exactly what you’re looking for.
