Sylvie Linteau

Sylvie graduated from Laval University with a Bachelor of Science and a Teaching Certificate, and later obtained an International Business Certificate from Mount Royal University. She moved to Calgary upon graduation to train as a speed skater at the Olympic Oval, and fell in love with the majestic mountains, the active lifestyle, and the entrepreneurial spirit of the city. She has called Calgary “home” with pride for over 30 years!

Her passion for real estate, design and helping people fuels her personable and caring approach in each interaction. Sylvie's competitive spirit is evident when representing her clients in the sale of their valued property; always aiming for the best is at the core of her values! She also finds great satisfaction in connecting clients with properties that complement their goals and aspirations.

An entrepreneur at heart, Sylvie operated her own linguistics business teaching and managing projects, international media relations, and sports events locally and internationally. She was a teacher for over 15 years, and in 2013 she turned her focus to real estate. Her boutique approach is at the core of her business practice dedicating herself to only a small number of clients to offer personalized quality service.

As an ex-athlete who competed nationally for 25 years as a speed skater, Sylvie maintains her fitness level by running and training regularly. She loves opera and jazz, and has been singing with the Mount Royal Conservatory since 2010. Her adventurous spirit and passion for traveling has led her to work abroad for NATO, study Spanish in Marbella, Spain, travel extensively and develop a wide global network.

Sylvie believes in giving back to her community and has volunteered with a variety of organizations such as the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, Speed Skating World Cups, the Calgary Sister Cities Commission, United Way Campaigns, Mustard Seeds, Salvation Army, and the Calgary Immigrant Women's Association.
