Iain is a passionate professional, who takes on projects with the utmost focus and precision. He has developed the span of his real estate knowledge throughout his career to provide personalized client services to both Buyers and Sellers.

Born and raised in Victoria, Iain has a deep understanding of the attributes and amenities that each area has to offer which he utilizes to find his clients a house that always feels like home.  Iain and his beautiful wife, Nikki, have recently moved into Downtown Victoria and are embracing the fast-paced environment and exploring the balance between the upbeat nightlife and the scenic breakwater walks. In his spare time, Iain enjoys playing on a variety of recreational sports teams, hiking around the West Coast region and hosting family and friend game nights/ dinner parties.
