Since becoming a realtor and joining Remax Penticton Realty 10 years ago John has created an award winning team. Team Green is a top 3% producer in the South Okanagan and was chosen to market Sendero Canyon, the largest master planned community in Penticton's history. Previous to real-estate John became a member of the largest film workers union in the world, and spent over 6 years working on feature films and television. While transitioning into real estate John developed and sold several duplexes and single family homes in the Penticton area and was instrumental in the rezoning and subdividing of many properties thus paving the way for several developers and home owners in the community. John's previous experiences drove his passionate approach to be creative, critically think, and to never promote high pressure sales.
