John has been successfully marketing and selling real estate in Victoria for over 28 years and he had a prior lengthy career in the fitness industry.

With well over 700 properties sold, John has the knowledge and experience in the Victoria and area market to assist you with the marketing and selling of your existing property or helping you make an informed and wise buying decision. Some of John’s experience includes, the marketing and selling The Gordon Point Estates project which included 54 water view and waterfront lots and two Townhome projects, as well John was part of the sales team for Broadmead Terrace and Lameena Terrace. John also worked with his other developers in creating a direction and image for the marketing and sales of Ash Mt, and Manzanita Ridge Estates, which he sold out.

John enjoys a healthy lifestyle which includes physical fitness, spending lots of time with his wife and children and believes family must come first, a value his many clients have always admired in him. John has also been an active member and volunteer and his Church for over 25 years, which is a very important and integral part of his life. Building long term relationships is and will always be the goal in John’s business.
