Adrian is a Real Estate Broker raised in Beautiful Brantford Ontario. He has been selling homes in the area for over 27 years. Over the last 2 decades Brantford has had amazing growth and Adrian has been a part of that expansion, helping families navigate the competitive real estate market. Adrian has been with two prominent brokerages and has been mentored by some incredible veterans of the industry.

Adrian is a top producing agent with Remax, since 2008. Remax supplemented an already strong brand and brought an amazing marketing capability to Adrian’s already thriving business. Through-out his career he has been a part of over 1000 transactions and has extensive experience in residential, vacant land, investment, commercial, industrial and agricultural real estate. The real estate landscape is constantly changing, and Adrian can guide and advise Sellers and Buyers through all different market conditions.

Adrian personally invests in what he knows and understands. Having purchased and renovated many properties over his career, he can be a wealth of knowledge regarding home systems, landlord/tenant relationships or zoning/building regulations. He has built up a referral base of the best professionals that can help all his clients navigate properly through all stages of the real estate transaction. It can’t be over stressed how important it is to deal with the right professionals the first time around.

Outside of Real Estate he has a wife and two boys. He Is member of the Brantford flight centre and enjoys flying Cessna’s and holds a CPL (commercial pilot’s licence). His Involvement in the community includes membership with BRREA, as well as sponsoring the Brantford City Soccer Club, Brantford 99ers, and the Brant County Singers as well as supporting other local charities. Some hobbies include Soccer, running and fishing.
