Prior to entering into the real estate profession, I earned a solid background in the housing and construction industry through my 20+ year successful career in the tourism accommodation business, motivating and leading teams of inspection and rating advisors. Having built my own home, I also understand the importance of negotiation, timing, detail, planning - and fit.
