Everyone knows that buying and selling a property is a transaction unlike any other.

We’re unlikely to buy or sell anything more expensive, more emotionally-involved or more valuable. And that’s why helping my clients discover the genuine opportunity to be found in any property takes three things – Information, Interpretation and Inspiration. Over the past 25 years I've used the "Three I’s" when I bought, sold, renovated and built my own homes here in Canada and internationally.

As a Realtor and a Designer, I know that facts and features are important but ultimately decisions are made on how a property feels. Sometime's it can be difficult for people to recognize the potential a property can have, but looking at things with an experienced and creative eye, I help people see what’s possible, not just what’s available.
