“I discovered my passion for real estate when I was 20 years old and working a part time job for a local home builder while going to school full time for my Paralegal. Shortly thereafter, I began buying income properties and fixing them up. Not only was I building my portfolio, but I was learning first-hand how everything from construction, buying/selling properties to managing tenants really works. I didn’t realize then how important my legal expertise would tie in to my realtor life, especially when it comes down to contract negotiations and property management.” ~ Maria
