Yatin Malik is an Indian origin Realtor who lives and works from Milton. He brings his proven track record for exceptional business practices and client service to GTA real estate, helping people seamlessly navigate the housing market with remarkable expertise.

A hard-working family man, and a devoted father of two. Yatin moved his family to Milton,Canada in 2017 after a successful business career in Delhi. “ The growth here is explosive, and it’s a really exciting time for GTA” , says Yatin. “It's a place where we can give our children a great upbringing, with great school morals and a real sense of community, and I am honored to be able to help people find and sell houses here.”

Yatin holds a Doctorate in Marketing Research as well as a BBA, and MBA in International Business. Aside from family, cricket and business, Yatin is passionate about giving back. “I have had help from people in all stages of my life and I wouldn't be where I am if not for the help and support of others. I strive daily to help others in whatever way I can” he says. From spearheading charitable initiatives, to staying plugged into area growth and public service, Yatin is opening doors across the GTA.
