About Me

I arrived in Yellowknife the summer of 2016, courtesy of the Canadian Armed Forces, and have fallen in love with the community and the Northwest Territories. After 33 years (and counting) with the RCAF, my family and I decided to make the NWT our home, embracing the unique experiences living North of 60 has to offer. After 3 decades of construction and property management a career in Real Estate is my perfect fit. Joining the RE/MAX team has shown me that if the client is first, the process is transparent there is a fit for everyone.

With an extensive background in construction and home renovations I posses a keen eye for what may be and what has been done to your new investment. Knowledge is key so let me help ease, what can be, the largest and most stressful financial transaction of their lives.

As a result of the repeated buying / selling homes, across Canada, I am experienced with the ever-changing Federal Relocation Services process and what it means to buy and sell a home as a part of ones’ employment. Registered Government Relocation Specialist, a certified RE/MAX Military Residential Specialist (MilRes®) and an Approved Buyers Representative (ABR®). My knowledge of house hunting (HHT) and the Brookfield Global Relocation Services policies is extensive. I have a passion for the North and a clear understanding that while time is of the essence your needs are my #1 priority through out the entire process whether buying or selling.
